  Service was mediocre, waitress forgot condiments and brought wrong items. Food lacked flavor or seasoning. Manager made rounds but skipped our table even after making direct eye contact with us. Not likely to return soon.

  Terrible.
  The service was crap. The food was crap. They even managed to mess my cookies up.
  
  The server took 20 min to get us two waters and two milks.
  We ordered our food and I repeated my daughters order twice. To make sure it was right.
  When our food came. Veggies were raw. Steaks were cold. All of our food looked and tasted terrible. My daughter got a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger. The waitress said. Well that's how it comes. ?!?!?! What?!?!?!
  She took her burger back which all of us had our food and my daughter had to sit there while we ate for a half hour.
  The manager came over and we asked why our steaks looked the way it did and he said that's how they are supposed to look. After that he kept walking by my daughter while he was crying doing NOTHING.
  We told him about the Raw veggies. He went to the kitchen and got new ones.
  At the end of the meal. I decided to buy a dozen cookies.
  Those took 45 minutes to get. I think she forgot to put them in.
  When we finally got the cookies ( I paid 25 dollars for them)
  They weren't cooked all the way! They were Raw.
  I have NEVER had a horrible experience with that place before but I can promise. I won't be going back.
  
  They weren't even busy for us to have such a bad experience either. What gives?!
